Nicole Doyle serves as the Clinical Operations Lead at Tristate Psychotherapy Group. She earned her Master of Social Work from New York University and brings extensive experience across clinical work, juvenile justice, and program leadership.

Most recently, Nicole served as a Juvenile Justice Coordinator in Albany, where she oversaw initiatives, managed contracts, analyzed data, and collaborated with stakeholders to improve service delivery. Her background includes clinical experience working with individuals, families, and couples, as well as leadership experience supervising clinicians and developing programs for at-risk youth.

Nicole also has a strong research background through her work at NYU, where she contributed to projects focused on youth violence and adolescent development, including data analysis and supporting longitudinal research. Her diverse experience in clinical practice, program development, and operational leadership enables her to support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality mental health services while ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement across the practice.
